Bartram Trail Senior Men's Golf Association

General Provisions at Start Up in 2005

PURPOSE

To have fun playing the greatest game on earth and to provide a regular golf outing

for older men under a relaxed competitive environment, and furthermore to support

the well being and program of the Bartram Trail Golf Club in Columbia County Georgia.

QUALIFICATIONS

Any male that has reached his 55th birthday is eligible to become a member if a

membership position is available. Membership number is limited to the number of

players that the Head Professional can accommodate on any given tournament day.

ORGANIZATION

A Tournament Committee will conduct the affairs of the Association.

Start up Committee in 2005: Sid Foster-Chairman, David Bennett, Larry Nichols.,

Bill Patterson and Bruce Williamson

Current Committee 2011: Don Autry-Chairman, Charles Doolittle, John Carney,

Donald Herron, George Hill and Rusty Wade.   -:-   Sid Foster, Chair Emeritus /webkeeper

TOURNAMENTS

The Association will conduct a tournament on Tuesday Morning at Bartram Trail

Time: The Committee set the time for play

Teams of four (and three as needed), will be selected by random drawing and scoring

will be on a point system. Prizes will be awarded at the end of play for best

performing teams and individuals, close to pin on designated holes, and a special prize

for a hole-in-one.

C O S T

Association Fees: Annual Registration and Weekly Prizes set by Committee.

Bartram Trail Fees: Special Prices for Members of Association.

Prices subject to change.

GUEST POLICY

Any member of the Association may bring one guest on tournament day at same prices
